Thank you for your interest in becoming
an international "Master Distributor" of our products.
Since we are seeking to establish
distributors in certain territories and countries, we have established
policies for becoming a successful authorized "Master Distributor".
Distribution Profits
Generally our "Master Distributors"
obtain all products in bulk (55 / 58) gallon drums, and re-package
them in smaller bottles and packages (4 oz., 8 oz., 16 oz., 1 gallon,
5 gallons, etc.) for local distribution, virtually doubling their
investment with every purchase.
These products may also be obtained
in their final ready-to-sell retail packaging.
Size of Organization
Our distributors are companies of
all sizes, ranging from large corporations to start-up businesses.
We do not require you to purchase huge quantities of product to
become a distributor. Even though we prefer some experience in the
lubricant business and / or automotive additives and aftermarket
products, this is not essential. The distributor will need to handle
the import, warehousing and distribution of our products to all
the different market segments. It is preferable that the distributor
already have an existing business with wholesalers and retailers
with a similar type of product or others that are compatible with
industries that require lubricants and additives.
Finally, it is important that the
distributor have an excellent reputation within the business environment.
Distribution Coverage
The distributor should have the ability
to cover the entire assigned territory and distribute to the various
distribution levels of the auto, truck, industrial, and marine market
segments, such as to very large multi-chain store franchises, supermarkets,
hardware stores, lubricant distributors and wholesalers, quick-lube
chains, full-service stations, car dealerships, automotive wholesalers,
auto parts stores, tire store service centers, to small 'Mom &
Pop' garages or repair shops, single location gas stations and oil
changers, oil dealers, car washes, etc.
Additional targets are transportation
fleets, such as taxis, buses and trucking, marinas, industrial and
agriculture (farm) equipment distributors and service centers, hardware
stores, etc., and for industry applications in general.
Distributor Agreement
We will enter into an Exclusive "Master
Distributorship" Agreement with the distributor subject to
certain company policies, terms and conditions. The agreement covers
issues such as, sales, advertising, marketing, merchandising, bottleling
and packaging, technical support, etc.
Product Samples
Initial samples can be provided
free-of-charge (the customer will cover the shipping costs only).
Printed catalogs and brochures are also available, upon request.
Terms of Payment
Payment terms are in advance by bank
wire transfer or by irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by a
USA bank paid on sight against documents with all bank charges to
the account of the buyer.
All prices are Ex-Factory, Cleveland,
Ohio - USA, or Bühl, Baden - Germany, depending on the production
facility point of shipment.
